Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our processing center in Lagos, Nigeria, through our trusted delivery partner.

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation directly from us.

Depending on your payment method, we will begin processing your order for shipping as soon as payment is confirmed.




Lagos: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days once payment has been confirmed.

Other States: Orders are delivered within 2-7 business days once payment has been confirmed.

International: Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days once payment has been confirmed.




Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number from our trusted delivery partner, allowing you to monitor your order as it makes its way to you.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your country and region.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered on business days and may require a signature upon arrival. To ensure a smooth delivery, please ship to an address where someone is available to receive the package on your behalf.

In the event of any delays, we will promptly reach out to you with an update.

Please note that public holidays in your country may affect delivery timelines, and unfortunately, we have no control over additional delays caused by this.

For misplaced packages, Pridados will resend the order once confirmed by the shipping company. However, we are not responsible for issuing refunds for lost packages.

If no complaint is raised within 14 days of receiving your order, we will consider the package successfully delivered and the matter resolved.


Customs & Duties

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs taxes and duties, depending on the regulations in your country. While we cannot control these charges, we recommend consulting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. Any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Policy


Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed. We accept Bank Transfers to our Naira, Credit / Debit Card payments.


Returns/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:


The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.


Please note: custom orders and items bought on sale or at a discount sale are not eligible for returns.

We do not offer exchanges, please return your order and place a new one with the coupon code you receive from your return.


International Returns

Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.

For international returns, kindly note that custom charges incurred will not be paid by PRIDADOS. The customer is responsible for covering the cost and in the case where we pay the charges, the amount paid will be deducted from the refund amount or store credit.


Refunds

PRIDADOS does not offer cash refunds but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the 7 days window. We can only process the store credit refund after we have received the package at our warehouse. Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
